What counts as a failed delivery?

A first-attempt delivery that needs another attempt, a new customer arrangement, or a manual exception follow-up. Use the definition that best matches your operation.

How should I measure the cost of one?

Add the fuel, driver time, and admin effort you usually spend on one failed delivery. The helper above lets you see those three parts before you use the total.

Why are the assumptions conservative?

The default reductions are deliberately editable and modest. Change them to reflect what you would need to believe; the result is not a guarantee or a typical-customer claim.
