COURIER OPERATIONS, WITHOUT THE GUESSWORK

Know what’s happening before the customer calls.

Dispatchly gives owners and dispatchers one place to run the day: bring in package work, plan routes, follow drivers, record proof, handle exceptions, and close out COD.

Start with one route, then expand when the handoffs are clear.

07QUESTIONS OWNERS ASK

Questions before you put a route on it.

Start with one route, one dispatcher, and an agreed definition of a clearer closeout.

What is the “Founding Member” discount?

To celebrate the launch of Dispatchly, we are offering an exclusive, permanent discount for our first 10 clients. By signing up now, your founding flat rate is locked for life. Once the 10th slot is taken, prices for new sign-ups will permanently increase by exactly €100/mo across the Growth, Business, and Enterprise tiers.

What does the “1 Free Custom Module” in the Enterprise plan mean?

Every enterprise courier has unique workflows, whether it is a specific internal billing integration, a custom invoice template, or a unique driver commission calculator. Our engineering team will build ONE custom module tailored to your business requirements, fully included in your €600 subscription.

Are there any hidden Meta or API fees for WhatsApp updates in the US?

No hidden fees. Because of our high-volume text infrastructure, we absorb the messaging cost and include automated WhatsApp updates in the Growth, Business, and Enterprise flat rates. Starter uses email-only notifications.

How does the WhatsApp route rerouting work?

When your driver is en route, Dispatchly sends an interactive WhatsApp message to the customer. If the customer clicks “Not Home” or “Deliver Tomorrow”, our Business and Enterprise routing engines remove that stop from the active app and re-optimize the remaining schedule.

We already use WhatsApp. Why add another tool?

Dispatchly does not need to replace every message. It gives the operational facts—package status, route ownership, exceptions, proof, and COD—a home outside the chat thread.

Our process works. Why change it?

Keep what works. Start with the handoff that is hardest to see, then use one shared view to make it easier to repeat.

Will drivers actually learn it?

The driver workflow is focused on the route and the stop. We recommend starting with one driver, keeping the first run concrete, and expanding after the team has a rhythm.

What happens to our existing package data?

Bring in existing package data with CSV import. The first route can be a controlled test before changing the wider operation.

Can we try it on one route?

Yes. That is the recommended starting point: one route or one driver, one visible operational problem, and a clear closeout conversation.

Does Dispatchly handle proof, failed deliveries, and COD?

The approved early-access scope includes proof of delivery, customer problem tracking and COD tracking. We will confirm the exact workflow for your team in a demo.

Is the €99 price final?

No. €99/month is planned Starter copy for discussion, not a checkout or a final commercial commitment. Final scope and terms need confirmation.
